Returns Policy

Return or exchange your item within 30 days in
the original,
NEW and UNUSED* condition and  your money will be fully refunded LESS SHIPPING CHARGES.

  • Return items for any reason, in new and unused condition in the original undamaged packaging within 30 days of invoice for a full refund or exchange less shipping charges as outlined below. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. If your return is $100 or more or the item boxes are damaged a 10% restock fee may apply. The cost and responsibility for returning any order or item will be paid for by the buyer.

    Items received damaged will not be refunded. Sender is responsible for filing damage claims.

     
  • Free Shipping Policy for Returns
    If your order qualifies for free shipping and your RETURNS reduce that order to UNDER $50.00, the cost of shipping that order will be deducted from your refund since it no longer qualifies for free shipping. If returns are more than $100 and those items were shipped free, the cost of shipping those items will be deducted from your refund.
  • Special Orders
    We are happy to assist you with special orders for items we do not stock or for large quantity orders. These orders are a final sale and are not returnable.

  • Used Items Are Not Returnable  
    Items such as LED BASES that are used one time for events, photography, props, party centerpieces etc. are considered used and not refundable. Sales to advertising agencies, photographers, event planners etc. are final. Items returned after 30 days of the order date are considered used and will not be refunded.
     
  • Incorrect Delivery Address
    Address Correction Fees. Redirect fees and return package fees charged by UPS, FedEx or USPS for address correction, undeliverable address or address changes will be billed to the original order. There is no refund, guarantee or replacement for orders placed with an incorrect delivery address that are lost in delivery.
     
  • LED Light Bases  
    Quantity orders of the same LED base must be returned with only ONE box opened. If all boxes are opened they will be considered used for events and will not be refunded or returned.

Shipping Damage or Loss

We take the greatest care to inspect and properly package your orders for shipment. More than 99% of our packages are received in perfect condition.

Our damage policy allows us to offer you the lowest possible shipping rates, while still protecting your purchase.
There is no refund, guarantee or replacement for orders placed with an incorrect delivery address that are lost in delivery.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please save everything including the box and packaging. Email us within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise with the damage details. Click below to email:

  • US Postal Service Shipping Damage. We insure packages sent through the US Mail. We will file the damage claim for you when we receive email notification. Please ALLOW 30 days for claims processing and the damaged item(s) to be replaced or refunded. Lost packages require 60 days for claims approval.
     
  • UPS/FedEx Shipping Damage. We insure packages shipped through UPS and FedEx. We will file the damage claim for you when we receive email notification. Please ALLOW 30 days for claims processing and the damaged item(s) to be replaced or refunded.

  • International Shipments. We insure international shipments sent through the US Mail. We will file the damage claim for you when we receive email notification. Please ALLOW 30 days for claims processing and the damaged item(s) to be replaced or refunded. Lost packages require 60-90 days for claims approval due to possible slow delivery and Customs delays.

Absolutely no information about you is released, sold or exchanged with any other party, except at your  request to process credit card transactions or conduct customer service surveys.
